(a) How to create an Yahoo mail (ymail) account.

(i) Go to the Sign up page.
(ii) Enter your info in the required fields.
- If the text in the username field turns red, the Yahoo ID you entered isn't available and you'll need to try something different.
(iii) In the "Mobile phone number" section, select your country code and enter a valid mobile number.
(iv) Click Continue.
(v) To verify your mobile number, click Text me a code (or Call me with a code).
- You'll receive an Account Key code to your mobile device.
(vi) Enter the code and click Submit code.

(i) Go to the Sign up page.
(ii) Enter the requested info on the form.
- If the text in the username field turns red, the Yahoo ID you entered isn't available and you'll need to try something different.
(iii) In the "Mobile phone number" section, select your country code and enter a valid mobile number.
(iv) Tap Continue.
(v) On the next screen tap Text me a code.
- You'll receive an Account Key code to your mobile device.
(vi) Enter the Account Key in the "Code" box, and tap Verify.

(vii) Tap Let's get started.

You can use the mobile browser on your feature phone or tablet to create an account.

(i) Using your mobile browser, go to https://m.yahoo.com/.
(ii) Tap the menu icon Yahoo mail .
(iii) Tap Sign in
(iv) Tap Create Account.
(v)Enter in the requested info and tap Create account.
(vi) Make sure that the mobile number shown can receive text messages then tap Send SMS.
- You'll receive an SMS message containing an Account Key code to your mobile device (the code expires in 24 hours).
(vii) Enter the code and tap Submit code.
(viii) Tap Get started.

Success! To sign in, go to the Yahoo Sign in page, enter your Yahoo ID (everything before the "@" symbol) or your email address, then click Next. Enter your password or Account Key then click Sign In to access your favorite Yahoo services.
