(10) How to add mail address in address book to outlook.
If add all your related mail address in address book, it will help you to find email easily. When you write first 1 character/word, it will show full mail address book. It is very necessary when you transfer outlook account one computer to another.
How to add mail address in address book to outlook:
(i) On your Outlook menu, click Home . Choose "Address Book " (from top right).
(ii) Click to File and click New Entry.
(iii) Select "New Contact ". Click OK.
(iv) Now write the email address, Name & other information if you need. Than click to Save & Close.
