Following are the step by step instruction to install windows 8.1 using a DVD disk:

First - Insert your DVD to your PC DVD-ROM.
Second - Enter your computer's BIOS to setup boot from CD-ROM Drive (Step-1, Step-2, Step-3).
Third - Star Windows installation from Step-4.

See description with screenshot & Video

Step-1: Enter your computer's BIOS to setup boot from CD-ROM Drive. Turn off the computer that you want to install Windows on then turn it back on. When the BIOS screen appears or you are prompted to do so, press Del, Esc, F2, F10, or F9 (depending on your computer’s motherboard) to enter the system BIOS. The key to enter the BIOS is usually shown on the screen.

Step-2: Find your BIOS's boot options menu. Select the CD-ROM drive as the first boot device of your computer. (See screenshot below).

Step-3: Save the changes of the settings. Press the button indicated on the screen or select the save option from the BIOS menu to save your configuration. (See screenshot below).

Step-4: Restart your computer. The computer will ask you to ‘Press any key to boot from CD/DVD’ in a black screen. Press any key on your keyboard and it will start loading the operating system from the DVD. (screenshot below).

Step-5: Once Windows Setup loads, you'll be presented with a window. Select your preferred language, keyboard type, and time/currency format, then click Next. (screenshot below).

Step-6: Click the Install Now button. (screenshot below).

Step-7: Input the Windows 8 product key (In some DVD no need product key). (screenshot below).

Step-10: Format the Prtition1: System Reserved & Prtition2 (or which drive you want to install windows) from drive options (advanced). Select Prtition2 (or which drive you want to install windows) & click to Next (screenshot below).

Step-11: Windows will start the installation. Now the installation status screen appears. You will have to wait for the following tasks to get complete (screenshot below).

Step-14: On the next screen, you'll choose how you want to sign on to Windows 8, as shown in Figure Q. While you can choose to sign in with a local account, I would recommend that you use an existing Microsoft (email) account, such as a Hotmail.com or a Live.com account. If you don't have a Microsoft account, you can sign up for one or you can use any email address that you want and Windows 8 will create an account for you. Click to Next (screenshot below).
