(3) How to make a password protected MS Word file.
(i) To make a password protected file first open your file.
Now click to FILE (Top left) button.
(ii) Click to Protect Document, then click to Encrypt with Password.
(iii) Give a password (what do you want) two time & click Ok.
Now your file is password protected. To check, close the file & open it again. It will ask your password before open. To open the file give the password & click Ok.
